What activities will you do to jump start your fitness routine?

I've started a 55 minute weight training DVD 3x/wk, and building up my cardio capacity with a dance routine 2x/wk.

That's great - have you noticed your routine getting any easier? I'm just starting to get that "I need to workout" feeling when I skip a day. Cool
